Submit a Privacy Request

Types of requests we accept

• Access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
• Correction — fix inaccurate or out-of-date personal information.
• Portability — receive your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Opt out of sale or share — limit how your personal information is used.
• Limit use of sensitive information — restrict the use of sensitive data (e.g. health data from Apple HealthKit).
• Appeal — appeal a decision we made on a previous request.

How to submit

What to include in your request

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your FlowState account (so we can verify your identity)
• The type of request you are making (see list above)
• Your state or country of residence (some rights vary by jurisdiction)
• A description of your request in your own words

If you are submitting on behalf of someone else (e.g. as an authorized agent or parent), include written, signed authorization from the person whose data is being requested.

Response timeline

• CCPA and most US state privacy laws: we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend by up to 45 additional days and will notify you.
• GDPR (EU/UK residents): we will respond within 30 days. We may extend by up to 60 additional days for complex requests.
• Some requests may require us to verify your identity before we can respond. We will only use the information you provide for verification purposes.
